Sharp rebound, cautious conviction – Nifty has rebounded sharply from recent lows, but the move lacks strong follow through and volume support. While holding above immediate supports keeps the upside favourable, a decisive breakout above resistance is needed to confirm a sustainable trend.

Nifty is expected to open lower in line with weak global cues. The index may stay range-bound between 25200 and 25400, with a move beyond this band opening the door to 25000 or 25500.

Positional strength will return only on a close above 25740. Conversely, a fall below 24900 could shift momentum towards 24700, a crucial level for the next trend direction.

Sectoral Focus

Metal, Energy, Oil&Gas, FMCG, Bank, Financial Services.

Stocks To Watch

Tata Motors, HPCL, ITC, Vedanta,Canara Bank, REC,KPIT Technologies, Colgate-Palmolive, Voltas, Prestige Estates, Hindustan Aeronautics, Dixon Technologies, Manappuram Finance, Nippon Life India AMC.

Earnings Corner

Bajaj Auto, Bank of Baroda, NTPC, Power Grid Corp, Nestle India, Cholamandalam Investment, Jindal Steel, National Aluminium, SAIL, Ambuja Cements, Glenmark Pharma, LIC Housing Finance.

Traders are advised to implement solid stoploss strategy across positions.

Wishing everyone a productive day!
