Tech Slowdown, Vigilance Returns – Weakness in I.T stocks is capping the upside in NIFTY 50, bringing caution back into the trend.

The opening tone of the NIFTY appears cautiously positive despite mixed global cues. However, with a Sell-On-Rise approach, volatility may persist within the 25,449 to 25,700 range. A breakdown below 25,449 and sustaining there on an hourly basis could open room for 25,300. On the upside, 25,700 remains a stiff hurdle, with rallies likely to face selling pressure until decisively crossed.

Though Nifty has posted consecutive closes above 25,740, the absence of follow-through buying, amid heavy selling in IT stocks keeps the upside unproven. Until stronger participation emerges, sentiment may remain subdued.

Sectoral Focus

Auto, IT, Oil&Gas, Finance, Bank, Metal.

Stocks To Watch

Inox Green Energy, National Fertilisers, Hindustan Copper, Torrent Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, NLC India, Signature Global, NBCC India, GMR Airports, Precision Wires.

Implement a strict stoploss discipline across trades.

Wishing everyone a successful day!
