Nifty tilts as 25740 acts again – Nifty once again reacted around the 25740 zone, confirming it as a strong behavioral resistance level. Despite intermittent buying interest, the index failed to sustain above this mark, indicating hesitation among bulls.

Benchmark indices may witness a cautious start amid mixed global cues. After yesterday’s mayhem, Nifty must hold above 25449 at least on the hourly timeframe to attempt a sharp bounce toward 25700. Failure to sustain could drag the index toward 25100. Traders may prefer a sell-on-rise strategy.

Positionally, the trend remains weak unless Nifty decisively closes above 25740. A second consecutive close below the stipulated support may reopen the possibility of retesting 24700.

Sectoral Focus

Bank, Finance, Realty, Auto, Pharma, IT, FMCG.

Stocks To Watch

Oil India, ONGC, ABB India, Waaree Energies, Texmaco Rail, Railtel Corporation, Datamatics Global Services.

Maintain strong stoploss strategy across trades.

Wishing everyone a opportunistic day!
