Close: 23214.95<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interim Top Likely<\/strong> &#8211; The Nifty appears to be nearing an interim top as upside momentum shows signs of fatigue near key date&#8217;s ranges. While the broader trend remains constructive, a decisive breakout is needed to sustain the rally. Until then, traders may adopt a cautious approach, utilising rallies to book profits or initiate selective short positions.<\/p>\n<p>The benchmark indices are exepcted to begin the day with a muted note alighning with neutral tendencies in major overseas markets.<\/p>\n<p>Volatility may increase once Nifty breaks 23,150 during the first 15 minutes of trade. A decisive break below 23,070, the recent swing low, could extend selling pressure towards 22,900.
