Close: 24334.55<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial Confirmation In. Final Confirmation Awaits &#8211;<\/strong> Nifty has delivered the initial confirmation by closing above the 18th August high, signalling an improvement in market behaviour and strengthening the near-term recovery bias. However, the move needs follow-through to establish a sustained upward trend.<\/p>\n<p>A stable opening is expected for the benchmark indices amid mixed trends across foreign markets. Nifty may remain range-bound between 24,200 and 24,400, with sector specific triggers likely to influence market movements. A sustained move above 24,300 could pave the way for an upside towards 24,500.<\/p>\n<p>On the downside, a break below the stipulated support may trigger a retracement towards 24,100, which could potentially offer an opportunity for a sharp recovery towards the higher target zones.<\/p>\n<p>With one more session of sustained trading above 24,300 awaited for confirmation, near to short term investors may continue to gradually build long positions, in line with our strategy since last week.
