India Shelter Finance IPO is a book built issue of Rs 1,200.00 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 1.62 crore shares aggregating to Rs 800.00 crores and offer for sale of 0.81 crore shares aggregating to Rs 400.00 crores.<\/strong><\/p>\n

India Shelter Finance IPO bidding opened for subscription on December 13, 2023 and will close on December 15, 2023. India Shelter Finance IPO price band is set at \u20b9469 to \u20b9493 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 30 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is \u20b914,790. The minimum lot size investment for sNII is 14 lots (420 shares), amounting to \u20b9207,060, and for bNII, it is 68 lots (2,040 shares), amounting to \u20b91,005,720.<\/strong><\/p>\n
