Innova Captab IPO is a book built issue of Rs 570.00 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.71 crore shares aggregating to Rs 320.00 crores and offer for sale of 0.56 crore shares aggregating to Rs 250.00 crores.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Innova Captab IPO opens for subscription on December 21, 2023 and closes on December 26, 2023. The allotment for the Innova Captab IPO is expected to be finalized on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. Innova Captab IPO will list on BSE, NSE with tentative listing date fixed as Friday, December 29, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Innova Captab IPO price band is set at \u20b9426 to \u20b9448 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 33 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is \u20b914,784. The minimum lot size investment for sNII is 14 lots (462 shares), amounting to \u20b9206,976, and for bNII, it is 68 lots (2,244 shares), amounting to \u20b91,005,312.<\/strong><\/p>\n
