Lawsikho IPO is a book built issue of Rs 60.16 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 41.37 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 57.92 crores and offer for sale of 1.6 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 2.24 crores.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lawsikho IPO opens for subscription on January 19, 2024 and closes on January 23, 2024. The allotment for the Lawsikho IPO is expected to be finalized on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Lawsikho IPO will list on NSE SME with tentative listing date fixed as Monday, January 29, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is \u20b9140,000. The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 2 lots (2,000 shares) amounting to \u20b9280,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n
