EPACK Durable IPO is a book built issue of Rs 640.05 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 1.74 crore shares aggregating to Rs 400.00 crores and offer for sale of 1.04 crore shares aggregating to Rs 240.05 crores.<\/strong><\/p>\n

EPACK Durable IPO opens for subscription on January 19, 2024 and closes on January 23, 2024. The allotment for the EPACK Durable IPO is expected to be finalized on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. EPACK Durable IPO will list on BSE, NSE with tentative listing date fixed as Monday, January 29, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

EPACK Durable IPO price band is set at \u20b9218 to \u20b9230 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 65 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is \u20b914,950. The minimum lot size investment for sNII is 14 lots (910 shares), amounting to \u20b9209,300, and for bNII, it is 67 lots (4,355 shares), amounting to \u20b91,001,650.<\/strong><\/p>\n
