Baazar Style Retail IPO is a book built issue of Rs 834.68 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.38 crore shares aggregating to Rs 148.00 crores and offer for sale of 1.77 crore shares aggregating to Rs 686.68 crores.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Baazar Style Retail IPO opens for subscription on August 30, 2024 and closes on September 3, 2024. The allotment for the Baazar Style Retail IPO is expected to be finalized on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Baazar Style Retail IPO price band is set at \u20b9370 to \u20b9389 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 38 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is \u20b914,782. The minimum lot size investment for sNII is 14 lots (532 shares), amounting to \u20b9206,948, and for bNII, it is 68 lots (2,584 shares), amounting to \u20b91,005,176.<\/strong><\/p>\n
