Pre-Market Outlook – 30.10.2026
Nifty Prev. Close: 22936.75
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Structure Improves, but Follow-Through Remains Elusive – The Nifty is showing signs of improvement, but sustained buying is still missing, keeping the recovery weak. A decisive move above immediate swing with strong buying support is needed to confirm further upside. Until then, traders are advised to remain cautious and prefer a Sell-on-Rise approach near resistance levels.
Amid building on the positive momentum of the previous session, the benchmark indices are expected to open on a muted note in the final trading session of October, despite mixed global cues. However, intermittent volatility and sectoral rotations may keep the markets range-bound as the session unfolds.
The Nifty sustaining above 22700 could pave the way towards 23000 and a potential breakout above the recent swing high of 23175. Failure to hold 22700 may trigger a pullback towards 22600, where buying interest could emerge. Traders may consider a Buy-on-Dips approach near support, while using recovery towards resistance levels to follow a Sell-on-Rise strategy, subject to price confirmation.
From a positional perspective, a sustained move above the recent swing zone of 23150 to 23175 remains crucial to strengthening the recovery outlook. Consistent buying could gradually open the way towards 23700. Conversely, a failure to hold key support levels may renew downside pressure and weaken the recovery attempt. Until a decisive breakout is established, a cautious, level based trading approach remains preferable.
